In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use regular Malware Scanning.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

Yes like many sites we use cookies. Google

We may use and support one or more Google tools including without limitation, Google Analytics (including Universal Analytics), (hereinafter, collectively, “Google Analytics”), Google AdWords (including Smart Pixel), Google Developer Console, Google Displaying Advertising and Google Customer Match which may include, without limitation, one or more of the following features: (i) Remarketing (as such term is defined below), (ii) Google Display Network Impression Reporting, (iii) the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, and (iv) Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). We connect Google Analytics with Google Developer Console in order to better understand user behavior in connection the applications we provide. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to a site or other sites on the Internet. We do not use remarketing at this time.

You may opt out of the use of Google Analytics for Display Advertising (including disabling the DoubleClick Cookie for interest-based advertising, if applicable) and customize Good Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page. Even though you may opt out of the use of such Google services, we may still use other third party services (including, without limitation, hubspot.com), to collect and/or analyze data.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur we will notify you via email within 7 business days
